In this introduction I’ll tell you a bit about myself, and my three pronged attack to achieve maximum health. We’ll introduce the relevance of looking after mind body and spirit and why I want to investigate alternative and cutting edge approaches to chronic and lifestyle diseases. I’ll talk about my personal struggles and why, even as a scientist, I realised that for optimum health we have to treat ourselves holistically. We’ll also take a look at what to expect in coming episodes and why this podcast is my dream come true.
